HOW I CAN HELP

Your body is made up of billions of cells including skin cells, liver cells, nerve cells, etc. The cells of your body communicate through the meridians as well as responding and communicating to their surroundings. On this basis, Electroacupuncture according to Voll (EAV) testing is used to collect and monitor the functional energetic levels of your meridians (the energy network of the body). EAV testing is a non-invasive way to detect disturbances in the energetic systems of the body and looks at these disturbances in relation to overall health. It is not a diagnostic tool and I will not be using it as such. I will be using it to suggest ways to help achieve balance within the body.

EAV testing measures the energetic functional level of the meridians – more specifically the electrical conductivity at various meridian test points located on the hands, fingers, feet, toes and head. These points are correlated to organs or organ systems in the body. The level of electricity gives us an indication of the energetic functional status of each meridian, and therefore the organ/system it correlates to. The testing equipment uses a small, safe electrical voltage *unfortunately not suitable for those with a pacemaker* and measures your conductivity at the various meridian points; a high conductivity can be linked to inflammation and a low conductivity can be linked with chronic health issues.

Your energetic assessment will start with some history taking and then the use of the testing equipment to gain your energetic functional levels; please be prepared for me to use your bare feet during this part of the testing. *Please note, some clients (especially those with chronic health issues) may not have an initial energy/conductivity level that is high enough for EAV testing on our first appointment*. For EAV testing to be accurate it is important to have a baseline level that is of a high enough conductivity level – if you do not achieve this, do not worry, I can still advise you on ways to improve your conductivity levels for future appointments such as, nutritional supplements, dietary changes and I can use Body Dowsing to start identifying ‘problem areas’ with the body.  

 

Body Dowsing (using a medical pendulum) will also be used to tap into the body’s energy flow. This can help identify pathogens and/or health problems that may be contributing to the low or high conductivity levels of your organs/systems and then used to identify which energetic remedies can be used to potentially balance these. Body Dowsing is safe for all clients and can be used independently of the EAV equipment if EAV testing is not possible.

It is also possible (and just as accurate) to perform EAV testing via a 'surrogate' - this is where a small amount of the client's hair in an envelope is used to gain their energy and another person's body is utilised for the actual testing. I often use myself for surrogate testing and this works excellently as I can filter myself (and my energy) out of the test as well as any current prescription medications the client may be on. Surrogate testing is often applied if the client can not travel to the practice due to distance, illness or other commitments.

I also have a BCX Ultra Deluxe machine that can be used free of charge during the appointment to help balance areas of the body that are in inflammation or energetic degeneration. *Please note, future uses between appointments are available at £30 per hour*. The BCX uses Dr Rife’s (an American scientist who studied bacteriology) researched frequencies to shatter pathogen’s cell membranes and help to revive some of the body’s other functions.  

 

During your assessment the use of the BCX will be discussed and its suitability for your needs will be ascertained. *Unfortunately, the machine cannot be used by those who are pregnant or those with a pacemaker*. 

 

At the end of your session I will email or print the assessment report for you and give you information sheets if necessary. Please feel free to ask questions if you have any and I will endeavour to answer them.
